Smith’s Golf Cars, Inc. & Xtreme Kartz are a family run and owned business. We understand honest hard working Americans, just like we are. Our sincere desire is to provide fast, high quality, professional service to our valued customers without exception.

We keep a huge product line in stock, our products are all of the highest quality and our prices extremely fair.

Should you want to return a product, call first ( 707-584-5488 ) and obtain return authorization. There is a two week window after you receive the product to obtain an authorization. Shipping expense is the responsibility of the buyer, there is also a 20 % re-stocking fee on returned parts, there are no returns on electrical parts or used parts, and the balance will be issued in the form of store credit.

There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.

Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal, business & personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and cash.

Most of our popular products are in stock, however on occasion items may be backordered for up to three weeks. Our preferred shipper is USPS Priority Mail. It is a fast, secure and trackable way to ship, but costs a few cents more. We use UPS for larger items.

Privacy Policy


We respect your privacy, and do not keep credit card numbers in written form after your card is processed.

We do not sell nor supply any private information to any third parties.

All private information is kept confidential.

Shipping Policy

We're a genuine seller offering quality items at lower prices. Every item is carefully packaged using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you. We are the fastest golf car parts shipper with premium customer service and extremly low prices! We are located by San Francisco and prefer to ship most our products USPS Priorty Mail, this is a premium service and may cost a little more but is well worth it. You can also select a less expensive option if you desire.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge only the actual retail shipping fee of the shipping provider very few of our items has a small handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Genuinely faulty uninstalled goods will be replaced or store credit issued, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also pay for the postage cost to send you the replacement item. If you ordered the wrong part we will accept uninstalled parts and give you store credit toward the correct part, less a 10% re-stocking fee. We must be notified within one week. All shipping costs are responsibility of the purchaser.
